1.Payment

1.1. Payment is made only on the site, using online payments.

1.2. The order is executed only after confirmation of receipt of payment.

1.3 Payment confirmation may take up to 24 hours.

1.4 If payment fails, you can pay for the order in the next 24 hours. After this period, the order is automatically cancelled. You can find all unpaid orders in the Orders section of  the users menu.

2.Refund

2.1 Refunds are made in the same way as the payment, or to the internal balance.

2.2 Refunds for orders cancelled by the seller are made within 24-hours, but it can take up to 7 days to reach your account, depending on the payment method, or instant to the internal balance.

2.3 The refund time in case of returning the goods after receiving confirmation from the Seller, takes 48 hours by card/bank or instant - to the internal balance.

2.4 In special cases, if fraud or illegal activity is suspected, Ecom reserves the right to withhold the return indefinitely until the end of the investigation.
