1.Ecom is a B2B marketplace where you can find the best offers from wholesalers and distributors all over the European Union.
Ecom is not acting as a seller, but facilitates transactions, adding trust and safety services to ensure effective and profitable business for both sellers and buyers.
We introduced services like Safe Transaction, Returns, Resolution Centre and RMA to ensure smooth transactions and guarantee post-transaction service.
2. When choosing a product, carefully read the terms of delivery, warranty and return, which are described for each product individually and vary from product to product. By ordering, you accept these conditions and sign a sales contract with the Seller.
3.Your order may contain goods from one or more Sellers and is paid together in one payment, called Transaction. If your payment fails, don't worry, your item is reserved and you can make payment within 24 hours. Once this period expires, the order will be cancelled automatically without any sanctions and you can always order this product if it is available. You will always find unpaid orders in the "Unpaid" section and you can pay at a convenient time for you or reorder items in the “Cancelled” section.
4. Once the payment is confirmed, you will see all items in the "Orders" section, grouped by seller. Each order is processed and shipped separately. Usually your order will be processed within a few hours, but allow the Seller 24 hours* to confirm the order. All created orders are pending confirmation from the seller.
5.Confirmed order means that your item is in stock and is on its way to you. You will receive a separate message with a delivery information no later than 48 hours* after confirmation.
6. If your item is not available, the Seller will cancel your order and you will receive a refund. The refund usually takes no more than 3 days to your payment method, but please be patient, as the refund process, due to reasons beyond our control, can take up to 7 days.
Understanding your frustrations, we are committed to reducing these occurrences so sellers with high cancellation rates will not be able to sell on our platform.
Pay attention to seller rewards. The "Reliable Seller" icon means that this seller has not cancelled any order in 30 days.
7.Depending on the shipping method chosen, you can follow the status and location in the order view.
8. Once you have received the order, you have 48 hours to confirm your purchase.
8.1 If you are satisfied with the product
Feel free to click "Confirm", which means that you are completely satisfied with the product, quantity and visual appearance. You can always return the product afterwards within the period indicated in the product description.
8.2 If you are dissatisfied with the product.
If you received the wrong quantity, colour or with defects, you can raise a dispute using our Resolution Centre service.
By submitting an application to the Resolution Centre, you open a safe environment to negotiate a solution that is convenient for both parties. Ecom serves as a mediator and our Business Angels will help you solve any problem.
9. During the receipt of the goods, inspect the packaging of any visible damage and leave a note in the delivery acceptance certificate, BEFORE signing for the goods. In any case, we ask you to make an unboxing video to speed up the resolution of disputes.
10. If you are satisfied with the product and the Seller's service, you have a great opportunity to share your experience with the business community by leaving a review about the product and evaluating the Seller’s service. All products awaiting review can be found in the "Reviews" section.
