Return process
You can return the product during the term, stated in a product’s conditions.

To return an item:

1. Go to the order.
2. Select in the order menu "Return" in the order menu.
3. Select the products you wish to return, specify the quantity and choose the reason for the return.
4. After submitting the form, application will be created and sent for processing to the Seller.
5. Wait for further instructions to your email.

Return Process:

1.Processing

At this stage, the application is waiting for further action from the seller. The seller reviews your application and approves or rejects the return.

Make note, that some goods cannot be returned or exchanged.The list of product types is specified here. This rule is true even if specified otherwise in the product’s description.

2.Awaiting return

At this stage, you need to return the item at the address provided by the seller. The seller in the comments can indicate other methods of return or pick up the goods on their own.


3.Return received

After receiving, the seller has 7 days to inspect the goods.

4.Return approved/rejected.

After checking the goods, the seller marks the application as "Closed", choosing the appropriate status of each returned product "fail" or "refuse".

If confirmed, you will receive a refund of the item's price excluding shipping costs.
